Staying in a horizon club room on the top floors was a quiet, comfortable, and well-presented experience. The lovely and spacious rooms offered many extras, although the price may not represent the best value for money. The service was exceptional with friendly, warm, and efficient staff providing excellent amenities like airport transfer service and room facilities. The location, although not ideal for exploring bars and restaurants on foot, is convenient to subway lines and a large underground mall complex. The dining experience at the Café boasted a huge array of delicious options, making it a perfect end to a visit to Beijing. The facilities were top-notch, offering first-class amenities for a luxurious stay.

My stay on the ninth floor offered an amazing view, but the rooms were run down and service fell short compared to other Shangri-La locations. However, the spacious king bed and huge televisions were a plus despite the connecting factor.

The hotel's location is superb situated above a shopping mall with immediate access to two subway lines, making it very convenient for travelers exploring Beijing. The rooms were exceptional, fully equipped with a kitchen and living room, though the lack of a bathtub required us to change rooms. The dining options were varied and catered to guests from different countries, but the prices may not fully justify the experience.

The hotel's top 3 floors offer Business room-like accommodations with access to the Business lounge, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was lovely, though.

My stay was in a spacious and elegant 2-bedroom apartment in the north tower, with access to the executive facilities, which I highly recommend. The rooms were what you would expect from a Shangri-La, offering a comfortable and modern experience. Although the dining experience had some delays, the variety and quality were very good. The service provided by staff members like Desmond and Hovey was exceptionally fine and caring, going above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. The location within the Embassy District of Beijing was simply breathtaking, offering easy foot access to a shopping mall and the subway station, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions like the Forbidden City and Beihai Park.

I had access to the executive facilities which I would highly recommend. The rooms were very well equipped, with a good shower, comfortable bed, and fast WiFi, although a bit dated given the hotel's age.

The dining options cater to various cultures but could offer more Beijing signature dishes. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service and a great location.

The location was convenient, close to the metro, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The dining options were extensive with a diverse range of Western and Chinese food, offering a big variety of items. Overall, the facilities were excellent, enhancing my stay with their quality offerings.
